In this guided meditation, you will calm your nervous system and allow all the good feelings from your exercise to be instilled within you. The peace, the optimism, the joy – it will all be instilled (and enhanced) within you in this short meditation for positive energy, allowing you to go on to have an amazing day and evening.

As this is a visualisation meditation, you will have an opportunity to visualise your day exactly as you would like it to be, filled with all the positive energy you want, and you will visualise yourself sleeping deeply and peacefully at night.
