Here’s a new fresh and effective way to script and say your affirmations. Instead of stating, “I am joyful,” try saying, “I welcome joy into my life.” Or “I am open and receptive to experiencing more joy in my life.” This way you are telling the Universe you are open to it. You know it’s there and you welcome it in. You are open and receptive.
