Coronavirus has ignited a sentiment of fear across the globe and this fear is not helping us, our loved-ones or our community. Furthermore, stress has been shown to deplete our immune systems which we need to build at this time.
It is important at this time of unrest, to take extra care of ourselves and invest in the peace inherent within us.
In this calming meditation, you will return to a place of peace within you. You will release all anxiety and fear and you will instill a powerful sense of calm right at the centre of your being. You will visualise and build your immune system to be THE STRONGEST it has ever been – and you will put yourself in the best position to prevent and fight illness.
Do not underestimate the power of your vibration to combat illness.
