Welcome to this morning mantra meditation about allowing into your life more of the things and experiences that make you happy and fulfilled. If you resonate with the law of attraction, you will love this. Instead of giving you a long list of affirmations to repeat back to yourself, in this mantra series we focus on just one powerful centering thought at a time. Today’s mantra is: I am open and ready to receive.

The great thing about this mantra is that it’s open ended. It can be applied to many aspects of your life. As you repeat the mantra, focus on qualities you want to invite into your life. What is it you want to experience? Is it abundance, joy, romance, confidence, contentment? Picture those things in your mind and feel the positive emotions associated with them. And invite them in.

Gratitude: Principles and Strength

Gratitude is a signature strength that can be tested and measured. It is an appreciation of someone else’s character. It is one of the most endorsed strengths around the world. Gratitude shows a strength of character that contributes to life fulfillment and satisfaction. It implies awareness and thankfulness. Gratitude can be built by focusing on positive aspects. Here is an example: “Universe, I am grateful that I have time to play with my pets.” Try this exercise: Think of something you are grateful for in your life and express your gratitude.

EFT For Treating Emotional Issues

One of the primary strengths of EFT (emotional freedom technique) is its ability to dramatically minimize or eliminate the intensity of emotionally disturbing thoughts and memories. In EFT, the practitioner asks the individual to first identify the problem he wants to get rid of and this could be anything ranging from a specific situation or a sensation that could make the individual anxious, depressed, or stressed. With this technique, one combines verbal statements (affirmations) along with the stimulation of certain energetic points on the body (acupuncture points). This process is helpful in dislodging and dispelling unwanted, disrupting, and blocking energy so that the natural energy of the body could flow once again in a natural way.

I’ve decided all our human angels have one thing in common. All angels are meek and also are servants to their fellow man. We would all do well to strive to become an angel.
